Built-in Compliance Features
- Unsubscribe links — Every email sent through Nimu includes a functional unsubscribe mechanism. Recipients can opt out at any time, and unsubscribe requests are processed immediately.
- Sending limits — Daily send limits and ramp-up controls prevent bulk sending that could trigger spam filters or harm your domain reputation.
- Domain authentication — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC verification ensures your emails are properly authenticated, improving deliverability and proving sender identity.
- Bounce handling — Bounced emails are automatically tracked and enrollments are paused to prevent repeated delivery to invalid addresses.
- Send-window controls — Campaign send windows respect business hours and timezone settings, ensuring emails arrive at appropriate times.
Your Responsibilities
As a Nimu user, you are responsible for ensuring your email content does not use deceptive subject lines, includes your valid physical postal address, clearly identifies the message as an advertisement where applicable, does not send to purchased or scraped email lists without proper consent, and honors all unsubscribe requests.
Enforcement
We actively monitor for abuse. Accounts found violating CAN-SPAM regulations or our Terms of Service may be suspended or terminated without notice.

If you believe you have received spam sent through Nimu, please report it to abuse@nimu.app. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
